Nevermind, I am making my own version! And no, basically I don't have black cards. Instead, I printed all the question cards on coloured cardstock (obviously I went with a mix of red, blue, yellow, and green). Question cards and Answer cards use the exact same template, it is the colour of paper they are printed on that easily differentiates them as 'black' or white.
I used your set as a base for question and answers and then added a bunch more (I hope that's okay with you? I'll give you credit!) I'll post a link to the finalized version once I have it all finished.:).
These are great. Do you by any chance have these as individual pages, rather than imposed?The crop marks on these are ok for printing at home, but aren't ideal for a print shop. Ideally crops will be at least 3mm from the edge of the card and have a 3mm double cut between cards.I'm happy to impose them myself - software I've got will make that a two second job, but I need them as all separate pages. I can do this from the supplied file using InDesign, but it is a major effort so thought I'd check with you first?I work in a print shop in Sydney, so can second printing the black as a four colour black and not just black.Also, I see some people asking for these printed on a linen stock. Some linen board is bloody expensive.
Also, so digital machines really struggle to print on linen board. So this could be contributing to the high costs some are seeing. I'd suggest 300-350gsm Silk Artboard, or the thickest smooth stock they have. Neverwinter stronghold marketplace. This should be cheaper and give a better result.I can post pictures once I've printed my set.The box on the other hand. Not sure what I'm going to do here.
Bigger than we can print on a heavy stock. Might have to use SRA3 sheets and join them somewhere.

I think you have bit more knowledge about the margins than I do.I have setup the document to be in CMYK to print 4 colour black.Thanks for the feedback about the paper options.As for the box, I just printed the box design on A1 at Officeworks on regular 80gsm paper, used 1000gsm cardboard from officeworks to manually draw on the template, cut, folded and glued together. Then used the box design printed on regular paper to wrap around the cardboard box. If that makes sense?.
