It almost seems “too easy” as the gameplay is simple: tap to jump, tap and hold to jump repeatedly. Jump/fly your way through each level without touching anything that is not solid ground – easier said than done. Any mistake brings certain death and brings you back to the beginning of the level.In the special Practice Mode you’ll get random checkpoints dropped into the level to help you make it through more easily.
Of course, true enthusiasts won’t accept this as really completing a level, but the practice helps a lot and being able to do a few runs without constantly being pushed back to the level’s start helps you get used to the interface, as well as not become frustrated (too) quickly.Speaking of becoming frustrated, get ready for it. Coming within an inch of completing a level only to find yourself making a stupid slipup and back to the levels’ beginning is annoying, to say the least. If you find a project that isn't GD or isn't GD v1.5 related, remove it immediately! However, if it was made by IIAquaMarineII, (he uses a different project) it can stay.3.
Treat people with respect, as they will treat you with respect back as well. Listen to admins and moderators, since they only want to keep the studio neat and safe.4.
All levels must be based on user-created levels in the actual game. Projects that are allowed are recreations of custom levels you made in the real game, not ones you made specifically for Scratch. Unless you are an admin or an admin gives you an OK, it can't remain.5. Don't change the thumbnail or the description (unless allowed to) or remove any perfectly fine projects. That's just a sign of disrespect. We don't like disrespect, we're very respectful here.6.
You can, but try not to always recreate a level if it is not featured, has very little likes, or isn't known much unless it was made by a popular user, like Dorami, Viprin, or Serponge, or if a manager gives you an OK. As mentioned in rule 4, you can also add your own Geometry Dash levels from the app. If the level was originally made by you (or a friend, too) you can keep it. We like creativity!;)7. The comments are a place to talk about geometry dash, so please don't spam.
Spamming can disrupt conversations, clog up the comments section, and make the moderator's job much harder. If you find spam, either delete it (if you can), or tell a moderator or someone that can remove it.8.
