Sorry to hear that! There’s a couple of quick things you can do which will solve most problems like this:. Turn off your device and restart it.
Oct 26, 2014 Go to the round stone plate with Black Metallic Liquid in the center. Insert Small Metal Handle on the outer ring. Align the inner ring metal handle with first symbol that you see on the drum of images. Align the outer ring metal handle with the second symbol. Get a strangely shaped key from the center of the plate.
This will solve the vast majority of these sorts of problems. Make sure you have an internet connection when you run the game. Some times we can solve crashes by changing some settings which the game will pick up over the internet, so running with a connection will make sure you have all of the latest settings. If you still have problems, please mail us at info@fireproofgames.com, and let us know the type of device you have (e.g. IPad Air 2), and which version of iOS you’re using. The most likely explanation is that it’s due to the confusing nature of the mute button on the iPad (we get a lot of mails about this).
Have a look at the switch next to the volume controls. If you can see a small orange dot inside then the iPad is muted.

Merge town for pc 2017. Switch it the other way and it should work. It’s confusing because lots of apps (especially music/video players) ignore the mute button and make noise anyway, so lots of people don’t realise their iPad is muted. On newer devices without a mute button, swipe up from the bottom of your home screen to get to a simplified settings menu. On it, you should see a bell icon with a line through it, which mutes the device. Check that this is disabled. If that doesn’t help, turning off your device (by holding down the power button until “Slide to power off” appears) can also solve this problem.
Sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@fireproofgames.com and let us know what’s wrong. We do a lot of testing on the game before we release it, but sometimes problems sneak in. We’ll be releasing updates to solve problems as we find out about them.In the meantime, here’s some things to try.
Check the hints! It’s possible that you’ve missed something, so see if the hints are pointing you in the right direction. Restart your device. Sometimes a bug will be fixed by re-loading from your save.
The easiest way to force that to happen is to turn off your device and restart it, or (if you know how), kill the app and restart it. If all else fails and you’re sure you can’t continue, there’s a hidden system in the game to take you back to a point in the game before the bug occurred. To do that, pause the game and tap the “Game Paused” text five times. That’ll bring up a menu listing some points you can revert to. Choose the one for the room you last opened.
You’ll have to repeat a little of your progress, but hopefully you won’t have the same problem again. Please note that the option labelled “Attic” is very near the end of the game, not the start.Again, if you do find a problem, please drop us a mail at info@fireproofgames.com. Unfortunately, it seems like it’s caused by the save becoming corrupt when the game crashed.Turning off iCloud for the game should force the game to use a recent backup of the save. To do this, go into your device’s Settings-iCloud-iCloud Drive and turn off the toggle for The Room Three.(On some versions of iOS, this will be in Settings-Your Name-iCloud).Run the game again, and there should be a working profile available. If this procedure doesn’t work for you, please let us know using the contact form. We’re getting a lot of questions about this one.
We definitely need to make the hints clearer! The dagger that you got from the golden box needs to be put into the wooden box that was there before the golden one. To switch back to the wooden box, you need to find another code to put into the mirror. The code is on the golden box.

If you look around it, between two of the pillars on the middle level is a plate which is off center, and has a groove under it. Slide it across the groove into the middle, and a set of doors will open. If you solve a couple of puzzles in the doors, you’ll get the code for the mirror.Enter the code, and you’ll get the wooden box back.
The dagger goes right at the top. I’m afraid this is our fault for writing an unintentionally confusing message about restoring the game. The Room (for iPad) and The Room Pocket (for iPhone/iPod Touch) are separate apps, and a purchase of one can’t be restored on the other.
Originally that message said “If you’ve already bought the game on another iPhone), but we changed it to “device” when we realised that it could be an iPod, not realising that this would send the wrong message to people with iPads. We’re going to change the message the first time we update the game. When Apple released iOS 13.1.1, it seems that it has caused some problems in the game on certain devices. We’re trying to resolve the situation, but until then, please read the information below:In Chapter Two, the screen may freeze when you zoom into the lens of the projector-like contraption.
Tapping the screen should get you out again. In Chapter Three, the screen may go black when you zoom into the lens in front of the photograph. If that happens, you’ll need to go back to your iPhone’s Home screen by sliding up the Home Bar, then tap on the game’s icon to go back in. The game should carry on. If this makes the puzzle more difficult, the solution is to view the lens with the eyepiece on.
The answer is then shown on the photograph. At the start of the Epilogue there’s a video that should play that may cause a black screen. If that happens, you’ll need to go back to your iPhone’s Home screen by sliding up the Home Bar, then tap on the game’s icon to go back in. The game should carry on. The video just shows the player traversing through some large machinery – there’s no information in it relevant to the gameplay.
